Where to begin. There is no heat and the Chimney is so dirty that smoke fills the room. There is no wood as you must order it. There is no wifi or water for drinking. The workers say the owner is terrible and why the place is in such bad shape. You can get Best Western that is very close for the same price. It was 6 degrees and they have no means of heat! Do yourself a favor and choose a different place. The price is way expensive for what you get. Not even coffee. Place could be nice but as it sits right now, it absolutely sucks! Terrible hospitality.

We booked this property for the Dias de Los Muertos and I must say that overall the experience was good. The rooms have a somewhat "rustic" style as does the service from the staff in general. It's a shame because in our two-day stay no one ever came to clean the room and they didn't supply us with clean sheets or simply toilet paper. The location is not the best as the center is about 35 minutes away on foot, while the embarkation point for the island of Janitzo is about 15 minutes away on foot.

It was a family trip, we were assigned 2 cabins. They required us to pay the total upon arrival. And when it comes to meeting them. It was a total disappointment. Very dirty. The used sheets. There was no water in the shower. There were dirty clothes from previous guests. There was no soap or shampoo. Not enough blankets for the cold of the night. The bureau lamps are only for decoration because the cable does not reach the contact. They did not want to refund our money after the first night when it was impossible to sleep. The treatment of Mr. Jesús, who is the manager, was completely unacceptable. He ignored us completely and turned around, we waited for him for half an hour thinking he would bring the things we asked for and no! He just left and we never saw him again. Mr Memo was very kind and tried to solve things for us a bit. I do not recommend it, I would never return. I hope this review helps you make a decision.
